A star to guide you, walking with you every step.

My name, Tara, means star in Sanskrit — a symbol of light, guidance, and compassion. Like a star shining through darkness, my own journey has been about finding that light within myself.

Alongside my professional path, I’ve experienced trauma, burnout, and major life transitions such as career pivots and ending long-term relationships. Through therapy, coaching, and deep reflection, I learned to listen to my inner compass and build a home within myself — a place of self-love and trust.

Coaching has been a transformative force in my life. After completing my MBA and while building a career as a social impact consultant, I trained in the Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coaching program. Coaching came naturally to me, and I began working with classmates, then organically started working with clients worldwide. Each conversation reaffirmed what I felt from the start: coaching is my purpose, my north star.

I am now a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach.

I deeply believe in the “live it to give it” principle — that the growth I’ve experienced allows me to truly understand and hold compassion for what you’re facing. Whether I’m working with individuals or groups, my goal is to create a space where your story takes center stage, and to help you find your own light, trust your intuition, and live a life that feels truly yours.

“I stumbled upon Tara accidentally (after a desperate LinkedIn search for “coach”), but since that first vulnerable message, I’ve learned it was a synchronicity (a concept Tara introduced to me.) At the time, I couldn’t put into words what I needed — I just needed some help and for someone to ask me really good questions. Tara continues to offer this, and more.”
